Eitabase started with a familiar frustration. We kept meeting good businesses — agencies, nonprofits, service companies — paying for a CRM their team quietly refused to use, because it was built for someone else's process and never quite fit theirs.

So we build the other way around. We learn how a team already works, then build a CRM to match it and connect it to the tools they already have open. Fewer features, better fit, and something people actually keep up to date.
